Ok so similar problem. Except I don't have unlimited-but I do have Verizon. Out of the box my cameras aren't working. I've been emailing and chatting with Spartan tech support for a week and I'm about to return them, I've updated the firmware, changed settings, changed setting back, new batteries, new sd card..NOTHING is working. Camera says test sent, but no picture available on website or app, but it shows up on SD when I put it in my laptop. We've set them up and walked around in front of them, nothing. I set 1 up last week and it took a few pics and every notification my phone got, but not all the pictures were there. Yesterday I set the other 2 up thinking maybe the 1 camera was defective, now they don't work and the other one isn't either. Went thru tech support-updated firmware, changed settings etc. Nothing helps. Spoke with Verizon, they said all camera's are active, no network issues, it's a Spartan problem.
Can anyone help me, because Spartan can't.
