The camera has worked fine for the last 3 months and suddenly quit transmitting pictures. Battery is good, signal strength is good, I have several days left on my ATT data plan and 5 gb left on the SD card. Help??

What kind of batteries are you using? What was the P number on the info strip of the last few night photos?
Also, are you using auto or premium? If premium, do you still have credits?
I am using two 6 volt feeder type batteries hooked up in parallel with a solar charger on it. It shows the charge level to be 5.7. The P number on the most recent pic is 5. I am using premium and have 10 credits remaining. Thanks.
Do you have internal batteries in the camera? If so, what type?
Do you have the camera in hand or close by? Does it find signal when you turn it on? If so what happens when you try and send a manual picture? (Hit the OK button twice while in setup). Which model camera? Is the firmware up to date?
Camera is not available. I plan to go to deer lease within a few days and check on the camera. The camera is the Blackout AT&T. I updated the firmware in May or June but not since. Thank you.
This is the firmware showing on the website: Firmware DSP:2018/05/31-18:39:35 MCU:RL171018
You may have time left on the data plan but is there any chance that you used all of the data itself?
Still have 43% of my data left. Internal batteries are alkaline but don't get used. (if I recall I had to install 4 batteries even though I had external power hooked up?)
Okay, just making sure they aren't lithium, because lithiums get used first and they can die before the voltage is low enough for the externals to take over. That's not the problem.
Maybe something broke the antenna off? Raccoons or bear can do that easily.
Coons are more interested in the feeder. I suppose a cow could have knocked it down. But I have a 3 bar signal strength and battery is 5.7V. Thanks
So it's still sending status reports, just not pictures? Have you checked the portal to see if the pictures are there? Are you using the app?
I use the app and the portal both. I am not getting any status reports. I requested one last night. It disappeared and never showed completed.
If you want to you can email me your log in info to the portal and I can take a look and see if something looks strange. My email is johnny.lockburner@spartancamera.com
Just sent you an email. Thanks!!

I am running 14 of these cameras if my count is correct. I never had a problem like this until this week. I have not had a picture from one camera since Monday morning. The signal is good. The battery is good. There was a update registered just after midnight. No pictures. It sounds like I have the same issue.
larryshores You updated the camera just after midnight? Also make sure that you have premium credits and data. Is this an ATT camera? Which model number?

It is a Verizon camera. Model # GC-V4Gi. As I understand it, it automatically updates. I did nothing . We are checking with Verizon. I should have the ability to take more pics. The last pic was taken on the 30th. Even in a new month , it is not taking pictures.
We just checked. My plan is unlimited.
