I had the same problem, went out to the particular camera I was having the foggy pics, which started when I moved it to a more open area and in the sun more. Opened it up and there was moisture inside and the screen was fogged, changed batteries and NOTHING, wouldn't turn on at all. Brought it home, I had removed the new batteries in the woods, we had the AC going and I noticed the fog was clearing over a couple hours so I propped it up with small fan over night. Put batteries back in and BAM, good as new, test sent a pic and it is fine. I think with the high rain, humidity and 90 degrees, more sunlight, it got condensation in it. Hope it helps. Mine are all Verizon and 4Gs and the foggy pics came and went.
