Ok, I was finally able to get though and speak to a rep. It is nearly impossible to do that whithout a working number. I spoke to a rep and explained to him what plan I wanted. He signed me up for the $25 for 90 days plan. before hanging up the phone I asked him what the expiration date was and he told me November 31st...
I went to mark it on my schedule and realized that November doesn't have 31 days so I asked him again and he told me the same thing... I told him that and he said he was sorry, it would be the 30th. Then I told him that 11-30 was nearly 120 days from now not 90 and he corrected it and said it would be 10-30.
I got his name and the order number and asked to speak to his supervisor, he came back to the line in a few minutes and said he would transfer me and then hung up on me...
I called back and asked the rep what date my plan expired and she said August 30th.. I explained to her that the plan was supposed to expire in 90 days or 2 gb and she said they don't offer that plan. I then asked to speak to a manager... That was 22 minutes ago and I have been on hold since then. I highly doubt a manger will ever get on the phone... I'm thankful that I have some Verizon cameras, $5 a month and good customer service is much better than this crap... I just wish they were all verizon..
