Camera was working well ~2 weeks until it just suddenly stopped- didn’t send pic at the time interval, nothing. Battery on app showed 2/5 bars, it photo had P0 in bottom right so i assumed the batteries died. Went to camera and put in all new. Turned camera on and all it will do is say searching network...will not connect ever. I ended up switching it to “on” and left it. Went back 4 days later still not communicating or connected to network. Cannot get it to connect. Tried new memory card and formatted it, nothing.

What model camera (GC-what?)?
What is the firmware date (camera in setup, third tab, information, or if you are using the app, look at the status report)?
What brand, size, class card?
It is a Spartan GoCam 4G for Verizon. Using a Sandisc ultral 16gb card. I just purchased the camera in August and updated the firmware then, so unless there is a new update in the last month it should be up to date.
What model? There are two Verizon 4G models. There’s an 8/14 FW for the V4G and a 9/7 FW for the Z4G.

My firmware is up to date, I just bought the camera brand new a month ago and did the update then. The model is GoCam V4Gi.
I’m wondering if it is a bad SIM card? Idk why it would just all of a sudden stop working, but i really don’t know what else it could be. I’ve had this camera for just over a month and really have never had so many issues with an electronic in my life. Also very frustrating that you can’t ever get in contact with the company to get some support to figure out the problem in a timely manner when the cost is so high on these. Kind of a real bummer.

eswoope i have 2 premium credits. Even if i didn’t, the camera should still be doing status reports to email, i can’t even get it to find the network.
