The server upgrade caused some headaches, plus it’s the busiest time of the year. Small company, lots of support calls. I’ve been told that about a third of the calls are from people running out of premium credits.
There are a lot of “user error” and setup calls (which definitely need attention). Then there are the ones that are more complicated than that, sometime requiring the return of the camera. They’re trying.
