First, regular employees of Spartan Camera do not monitor this forum, so you’re not talking to anyone you seem to think you are talking to.
Second, while it is true that phones are busy and calls and emails aren’t returned as promptly as anyone would like, it is not true that calls and emails are not answered or returned. SC is working on getting caught up. The server upgrade and this being the busiest time of the year aren’t helping matters.
Third, where, exactly, are you reading that “cameras are crapping out everywhere”? Yes, cameras have problems. Many problems are user-induced (dead batteries, no premium credits, wrong SD cards, outdated firmware, just to name a few). Some are not. There are many more cameras that are working fine. Yes, there were some widespread glitches when the server upgrade was made about a month ago but those seem to have settled out.
What do you hope to accomplish with your post? Do you have an actual camera problem that you need help resolving? If so, please provide information so you can get help. Those of us who try to help out here do not have crystal balls, mind-reading skills, or crystal balls.
