I continue to get prompts for the app that I have new pics. When I open that app there is nothing new. Status update are also not coming through but it did allow me to change the settings. Also it sent a video to my online account but it’s unplayable bc of an “MEIM” issue, or maybe it said “MIEM” lol. Either way it isn’t sending pics but continues to prompt that it is. I have credits, cam been in this spot awhile, trying to update firmware. The main question is, I swapped cards in this cam and may not have formatted it...could that cause this? It’s literally a 2 mile hike. I don’t want to go back if I can’t fix it mobile. Thanks!! also auto purge is on

Do you have any pending commands? If so, cancel them.
Are you running the latest version of the app? If not, update. Have you authenticated?
Is the problem that the pics are on the portal, just not on the app?
It’s the app, the email, the portal and no status updates. Everything is up to date, except I have a pending command to update firmware that went out of date while the camera was deployed
