Something could have happened to the antenna, as well. There are several things that can go wrong. The problem is that you can’t really tell without being at the camera and that’s not something that’s easy for you to do.
Hopefully Johnny will find something, but if something physical has gone wrong, there isn’t any way to figure it out.
Stuff happens. I’m usually running 20-25 of these cameras at our camp at any given time. It’s probably not any of the common things, but we have to ask. You would be amazed at how many times the data plan is no good or there are no premium credits or there’s a battery problem or an SD card problem or the firmware is very old.
