I have a call in to tech support but havent heard back yet...i have two Go Cam 4G verizon cameras out, i bought 12 or so premium credits on 9/15/18, so yesterday it seems that on 10/15/18 that month of premium credits expired, so i thought since i had a balance of 10 credits it would just take the credit and do another month? the camera is not sending pics now, so i am assuming it is related to the premium credits since my account detail shows "through 10/15/18". Am I missing something? I have only had for two months so this is my first time to hit the end of a 30 day credit cycle. thanks in advance.
