I just got off the phone with Verizon. The don't have any information on this issue, but the Verizon tech said that there shouldn't be a reason the camera wouldn't work on the unlimited plan. He tried several things on his end to see what was going on, but couldn't figure anything out.
Does Spartan has any idea on a time frame this issue might be resolved? Does Spartan know what the issue is? It would help if I could contact Verizon and tell them what the problem is.
I have high hopes for this camera, but the selling point for me was the $5 a month to add to my Verizon plan.
