Eswoope,
Appreciate your thoughts, but after three days trying everything under the sun with William A and Johnnydh we've tried it all. As you might imagine the first thing tech support tried was changing SD cards: three different 16G/Class 10 cards to no avail. Same cards work in other cams. Even tried a new 32G/Class 10 to no avail. So after three solid days, and nights, of working with tech support, Johnndeerhunter, any you we've defaulted, rebooted, reactivated, etc. and everything else William, Johnny, and you know to try. I filled out the the warranty request /return authorization/notification online yesterday and at the end of today haven't gotten any notification. After three days of working with and some of the best tech support people in the land (and I include you in that group mam) I would bet that a camera failing to trigger is faulty. Any help you can send my way would be much appreciated.
